Clustered core learning outcomes inform assessment tasks and are planned as an integrated component of the learning context. Identified knowledge, processes and skills contained within each outcome are used to structure each task and to monitor each student’s progress. Student development of life-long learning attributes is monitored as part of the assessment task.

Units of work are 10 weeks (one term) in length with ongoing monitoring of progress towards outcomes and culminating in the delivery of a set task to inform the student’s level of operation.
