At Byfield State School, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every student is supported to reach their full potential. We offer a range of student services and support programs tailored to individual learning, wellbeing and social-emotional needs.

Our support programs include:

  • Inclusive education support—learning adjustments and support for students with diverse learning needs and disabilities
  • Access to specialist services, including guidance officers, speech language pathologists and visiting support staff
  • Wellbeing initiatives, such as The Resilience Project, and emotional regulation tools
  • Small group and one-on-one support for literacy and numeracy intervention
  • Playgroup fortnightly
  • Transition programs for kindy and prep readiness and year 6 to secondary school
  • Student leadership opportunities, including attending the GRIP leadership conference

We work closely with families to identify needs early and tailor the right support for every student. Together, we ensure all students feel valued, confident and ready to thrive.
